You’ve purchased your home, you’ve moved in, and yet we STILL want to hear from you to make sure everything’s going smoothly. We’ll do this through the Homeowner Portal.

We care about your home as much as you do

As your builder, it is up to us to ensure that your home is built in accordance with Ontario’s Building Code, and to provide you with all the information you need regarding your warranty coverage.

On or before your closing date, we will conduct a pre-delivery inspection with you, and provide a warranty certificate upon your home’s completion. If you have any concerns that are covered by the warranty, you can expect us to resolve them in a timely manner.

Help us help you

As the homeowner, it’s up to you to make note of any incomplete, damaged or missing items during the pre-delivery inspection, and to properly maintain your home in order to preserve your warranty coverage.

If you have any concerns, we ask you to raise them as promptly as possible by submitting the appropriate form via Tarion’s MyHome online portal, and to give us reasonable access to your home so that we can investigate and address your concerns appropriately.
