The condominium suites
Our suites come in one, two and three bedrooms, as well as expansive penthouse residences. Features include 9-foot and 10-foot ceilings (as per plan), quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops, contemporary cabinetry with soft-close doors, stainless steel Energy Star appliances, luxury laminate flooring throughout, balconies, patios or terraces, smart home technology, and individually controlled heating and cooling. Northshore is a "LEED® designed community"; we do not state a certification level.
The garden and terrace townhomes
Alongside the condominiums is a collection of modern bungalow-style garden suites and two-storey terrace townhomes, designed with private entrances, open living spaces and spectacular rooftop patios, in two- and three-bedroom plans. This collection, Northshore Towns "The North," received the OHBA 2025 award below.

The HST rebate window
Northshore is one of the communities in our "Skip the Tax" HST New Housing Rebate offer, which runs "for One Year Only from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027." Eligibility for HST initiatives is determined by the Government of Canada and the Province of Ontario.
