Is National Homes open? Yes, the health and safety of our staff and community are of the upmost importance us. Our head office is open with majority of our staff working remotely.
What our COVID policy? We have a National Homes COVID 19 Pandemic Response Plan implemented per our government regulations. Updates are being sent directly to homeowners via email and will be posted here.
Are your Sales Offices open? Our sales offices are virtually open. Please register for the community of your interest and a sales agent will be in touch.
Is your Design Studio Open for browsing hours? No, however our virtual design studio will be launching mid June. Please watch your inbox over the summer months for your invitation to the National Homes Virtual Design Studio and Homeowner Portal.
When is construction starting? We are continuing forward with approvals and servicing, while working with all local jurisdictions in order to commence house Construction this summer as scheduled. We will be keeping a close eye on Construction schedules and will be focused on doing everything possible to continue with our anticipated start date.
Are construction sites open? Yes they are. The Emergency order has now included our projects as an essential service.
Why is National construction not occurring when other builders were constructing? Builder’s with footing permits could continue under the emergency order. National has to complete servicing our projects before permits can be applied for.
Is my home closing date going to be on time?
We will be focused on doing everything possible to meet our anticipated closing dates.
