Large crowds attend preview opening of Stonehaven by National in Newmarket

Crowds of interested buyers packed into National Homes’ sparkly new presentation centre this past weekend for the preview opening of Stonehaven, an enclave of detached homes set to take shape soon in Newmarket.

Registrants came out to view the model kitchen and bathroom and study floorplans before making a purchasing decision. With over 2,000 registrants, it comes as no surprise that the event had such a great turnout.

The new community will feature elegant homes positioned on ravine lots in an existing and established neighbourhood at Bayview Avenue and Mulock Drive. Each home will be dressed in stone, stucco and classic brick exterior finishes with a choice of four and five bedroom designs. Residents will also receive a complimentary consultation with an interior designer from the developer’s interior design studio.

In terms of particular interior finishes, each home will boast hardwood floors, spacious kitchens (ideal for entertaining) and traditional oak staircases. Other appealing features include a large walk-in closet in the master bedroom, spa-inspired ensuites and kitchen cabinetry with extended upper cabinets.

Homeowners can walk outside and spend time in their family-sized backyard before visiting the neighbouring parks, Magna Community Centre or Upper Canada Mall. In addition, the family-oriented community is within walking distance to an elementary school and a number of other schools are also nearby.
